The internship program had strong internal value, but messaging across recruitment and marketing channels was inconsistent, leading to fragmented candidate perception.
Worked with communications, HR, and program stakeholders to define a unified narrative direction for the internship experience. Focused on aligning messaging across video, written, and internal communication channels.
Developed video content used for internship recruitment and program storytelling, created short-form and long-form recruitment videos distributed across channels, supported creation of a more consistent messaging framework for the internship program narrative.
